Here are the guidelines for food and beverages that can be sold on-campus during school. All fundraisers must adhere to these district guidelines.

Senior Medallions are included in the cap & gown purchase. For students that do not purchase a cap & gown, medallions are available for purchase during distribution for a nominal fee.

Check request must have 3 signatures: Admin, Student Rep, Advisor/Coach. Digital signatures are not allowed.

CLUBS FORMS
  • The in-house form is only for the staff of Montebello HS.
  • Everyone else must you use the District Use of School Property form.
MUSD Employees can access the MHS calendar to view available dates on their Google Calendar by hitting the + next to Other Calendars, Browse Resources, MHS. 
 
Questions regarding available dates and completed in-house forms can be sent to Mrs. Lozano.
 
MUSD USP forms can be sent to Constantino Duarte.
